From my understanding of copyright law & what I have read on the subject, the copyright ownership for individual posts, & such works, automatically remains with the poster, or creator, from the time they start work on it, such as typing the post or taking images, videos & other such works.

When such work is posted by the poster, or creator, in a forum, it is implied that the terms of that forum have been accepted by you, that you understand these terms & that, by joining the forum, you have given permission for your content (posts) to be published, within that forum, by the forum founder. This content will become part of the general forum copyright, though you still retain your copyright ownership.

You also understand that the forum founder, administrator or moderators have the right to edit or delete posts if it is deemed appropriate to do so. In this forum such actions would only be taken if any posts are against our rules &/or Forumotion's Terms Of Service (TOS). The author of such a post would be notified & told of the reasons for these actions, UNLESS it involved nudity, pornography, abuse of any kind, spam, flaming & trolling. These types of posts will be deleted without consultation.
